Download the application from Google Play or AppStore and install it to your smartphone.

Log in to the Ukrsotsbank Online and activate service in the «Mobile banking» section — press button Activate and sign request by one-time password.
After activation you will receive letter in Ukrsotsbank Online with activation code. It is necessary to enter it on your smartphone.

Enter your Ukrsotsbank Online login and activation code and your application will be activated. Congratulations!
If you have iPhone or Samsung smartphone with a fingerprint reader, you can turn on login into application via fingerprint.

1. Which mobile phone I can install the application Ukrsotsbank Mobile?

You can install application for mobile banking on your smartphone that have GPS hardware and works on the operating system Android or iOS starting from version:

iOS: version 8.x or later.

Android version 2.3.5 or later, but the screen resolution PPI (pixels per inch) of the smartphone 225 and above.

2. How can I start using mobile banking?

To use the mobile banking, you must be a registered user of internet banking (because the mobile banking — it is access to your internet banking via smartphone). If you are not Ukrsotsbank Online user, press on this link to get details about internet banking system.

Download the application on your smartphone Ukrsotsbank Mobile from the official app store Google Play, if your smartphone runs on the Android operating system or the AppStore, if your smartphone is running on iOS operating system. In the internet banking go to menu «Mobile Banking» and activate the service. Then, in your mailbox in internet banking will receive an activation code which need to enter to activate the application on your smartphone. After entering user name of internet banking and activation code on your phone, the service is activated.

3. Can I use Mobile Banking if I am not a registered user of internet banking?

You can use this application to find ATMs and branches, view current rates. If you want to have access to your accounts, you must be a user of internet banking Ukrsotsbank Online, because mobile banking — access to your internet banking via smartphone. 4. What should be the password for logging in the mobile banking?

Requirements for the following password: 6 to 8 digits. You should not use a simple order numbers, and change it periodically. Password inform to others is prohibited.

5. Is it safe to use the application Ukrsotsbank Mobile?

Yes, it is, because a mobile token (built-in algorithm) as part of the application, provides secure entry and sending data for make payments, also data channel is protected with encryption preventing revealing or changing data.

To login the application, you have to pass authorization, which includes:
1. Password validation on the bank server (correct password is not stored on your phone).
2. Verification smartphone — if exactly on it you have activated your mobile banking.

And only after successful verification of both options, you will have access to your accounts and to perform money transfers.

6. Is it safe to use the application through an open network wi-fi in cafes, restaurants, etc.?

Data channel is protected with encryption preventing revealing or changing data. Therefore, the type of Internet connection does not matter.

7. I have blocked my access to internet banking Ukrsotsbank Online, I can use mobile banking?

Mobile banking — access to your internet banking via smartphone. If you have blocked your access to internet banking, mobile banking will also be blocked. After unlocking access to internet banking, mobile banking will be available too (in case you have not blocked it before via incorrect PIN entering for 3 times).

8. I have changed the phone number (SIM card) on which the application were installed. Will the mobile banking work with a new phone number?

9. Can I install the application Ukrsotsbank Mobile on the second smartphone and use the service on both smartphones?

Ukrsotsbank Mobile application can work on only one client’s smartphone (or tablet). If you need to start using on a different smartphone (tablet), please deactivate the service through internet banking and repeat activation on a new device.

10. I have lost smartphone/tablet, on which was installed and activated application Ukrsotsbank Mobile. How do I lock it quickly?

You can do it yourself via internet banking in Mobile Banking section. Also, you can contact the contact-center of Укрсоцбанку 0 800 3000 90, (+ 380 (44) 205 45 55 calls from abroad) for disconnection.

11. If my phone is stolen whether attackers may somehow gain access to the application?

The application locked after 3 incorrect entering password that you have set. So if you did not inform your password attackers, they can not enter in it.

12. Is there a limit on the amount of transfer through mobile banking?

Ukrsotsbank Mobile allows you to perform operations not exceeding 50 000 money units in the currency of transfer and extends to each transaction which is created via Ukrsotsbank Mobile. This limitation is imposed by the Bank for the better safety and security.

13. How to change application language?

You can change language in the Settings section. There are two ways to do it:

  • 1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the main screen (only for Android devices)
  • 2. Inside the Demo version or protected part of the application in the Quick menu.

14. I have blocked my access to mobile banking (for example, service has been blocked the through Ukrsotsbank Online). How can I unblock the service?

Please, delete application and install it again from official application markets — Google Play or AppStore. In internet banking system in section Mobile banking press button — Reactivate. After reactivation you will receive letter in Ukrsotsbank Online with activation code. It is necessary to enter it on your smartphone. Enter your Ukrsotsbank Online login and activation code and your application will be activated.

15. I have forgot my PIN for mobile banking. How can I get it?

Please, delete application and install it again from official application markets — Google Play or AppStore. In internet banking system in section Mobile banking press button — Reactivate. After reactivation you will receive letter in Ukrsotsbank Online with activation code. It is necessary to enter it on your smartphone. Enter your Ukrsotsbank Online login and activation code and your application will be activated.

16. Can I make transfer from card to current account or other account in Ukraine via Ukrsotsbank Mobile?

Yes, you can. Вut pay attention that transfer to current account of other person or to other Ukrainian bank is possible only in UAH. Transfers between own card and account are allowed in any currency but without conversion (currency of card/account from which the transfer is made should be the same to currency of card/account to receive money). You can make transfer via“Payments”–“Create new”, on the left, select your card from which you want to make transfer from, and on the right side select your current account / term deposit or enter the required details of transfer of other persons’ account number, bank code of the recipient, beneficiary name, the code of the recipient (Individual tax number) and the description and amount of the transfer. Save payment template (payment details) to use it next time.

17. Can I make transfer from current account to my card or to card issued by other bank in Ukraine via Ukrsotsbank Mobile?

Yes, you can. But pay attention that transfer to other card is possible only in UAH. You can do this via Payments — create new. From the left side select account from which you want to make transfer from and from the right side choose your card or enter necessary details for payment to a card of other person — account or card number for transfer, recipient bank code (300023 for Укрсоцбанку client), beneficiary name, code of the recipient (Individual tax number), description and amount of the transfer. Save payment template (payment details) in order to use it next time.

18. What to do if I do not see my loan or transactions history to my loan?

At this moment you loan type and loan transactions history is not shown. This information is available in the internet banking Ukrsotsbank Online.

19. For card transactions review I have set period and do not see all transaction. Why?

Mobile banking shows first 100 transactions. If there are more transactions during this period we recommend you to divide it and to look through transaction per shorter period of time.

20. Application hasn’t found a «nearest branch», hasn’t displayed «My Location»

To use these functions, location services must be swiched on in the the phone settings.

21. Antivirus software has found a virus in the application

Each version of Ukrsotsbank Mobile application is checked by bank and official app store for viruses. In addition, mobile token (built-in algorithm) which provides secure login and sending data to perform payments is a part of the application. So the application is completely safe for your phone, and your money.

22. I have a phone with a fingerprint scanner but I do not see this option in the settings section. Why?

The fingerprint scanner function is currently available only for iPhone and Samsung phones which have the appropriate scanner. Currently support for phones of other manufacturers is under analysis.

23. What I need to do if received the notification after login into the app “Your device seems to be jailbroken, which reduces the security of your device and make it vulnerable to attacks. If you would like to continue, please confirm that you accept the risk you are taking.” or “Your device seems to be rooted, which reduces the security of your device and make it vulnerable to attacks. If you would like to continue, please confirm that you accept the risk you are taking”?

Our recommendation is to remove the Root/Jailbreak for safe and stable work of the application..
